B.-Application of the general terms and conditions of sale in Spanish.

The customer's order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale in their entirety and in Spanish. Simply accessing the website and conducting e-commerce through it implies acceptance of these terms of sale and use.

Once you have registered as a customer or guest, and if you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter and subscriptions, you can do so by sending an email to tienda@rucstore.com

C.-Validity of offers

Our offers are directed only to consumers who have a delivery address in Spain.

The items displayed on the site are only available while supplies last.
If you have paid for an order with an unavailable item, RUC Store commits to refunding the customer within 3 days.
RUC Store undertakes to notify the customer by email in the event that they have ordered an unavailable item.

D.-Product Presentation

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, in case of errors or omissions in the presentation, RUC Store declines any responsibility.
The photographs that illustrate and complement the descriptive text of the products are those provided by the product manufacturer for such purposes.

E.-Price of the products

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (21%).
RUC Store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect during order registration.

F.- Secure order and payment

F.1: Payment
The customer confirms their order as indicated below. This confirmation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale in Spanish.
Customers wishing to purchase an item displayed on globalcall.es follow the process below to place an order. After clicking the "Confirm" icon and verifying the order details (color, quantity, size, price, etc.), the customer confirms their product selection by clicking.
If the customer has a special offer, they must indicate it beforehand by entering the assigned code in the corresponding field. When placing their first order, the customer must fill out a form with the following information: last name, first name, full delivery address, email address, and phone number. At that time, the customer creates their password.
The customer can pay by bank card directly on the page.
After validating the payment method, the customer definitively and irrevocably accepts their order, generating the effects indicated below.

    • Paying with a bank card on the page
      The customer confirms their delivery and billing address, the product, and the total price. They provide their bank card number, expiration date, and CSV code.
      The customer finally validates their order by clicking on the “Confirm” button.
    • Paypal
      With PayPal, your financial information is never shared with RUC STUDIO SL. PayPal encrypts and protects your card number. Pay online simply by entering your email address and password.

F.2: Failure to pay
RUC Store reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or process an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order, or with whom there is an active payment dispute, or who has received previous orders that were not received or were refused at the destination without justified reason.

F.3: Verification of payments
RUC Store monitors all orders validated on its site. These controls are intended to protect rucstore.com from abusive practices by scammers.
Our services may request all necessary documents to unlock your order (official documents proving your identity and/or address). These requests will be made via email.
– In the case of an order with a delivery address different from the one indicated as the billing address
– In the case of a new customer
– In the case of an order exceeding 150 euros

G.-Payment Security

To ensure payment security, rucstore.com uses the secure payment service of CIC Bank. This service incorporates SSL security. Confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, expiration date, and CSV code) is transmitted directly and securely to the bank's server, without being stored on the rucstore.com server.
Once the order has been validated:
The payment request is sent in real time to the secure telepayment administrator.
This directs an administration request to the bank card network.
The telepayment administrator issues an electronic certificate as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the articles of the Spanish civil code.

H.-Identification

Customers who have already made a purchase on the rucstore.com website can choose a password that will allow them, in future orders, to avoid having to fill out the previous order forms again.
The rucstore.com website recognizes customers who are already registered as its customers.
The rucstore.com customer password is strictly confidential and personal.
It must not be disclosed or communicated to anyone.
If a rucstore.com customer forgets or loses their password, they must notify the rucstore.com site administrator as soon as possible at the email address tienda@rucstore.com so that a new password can be sent to them within a maximum of 48 hours to fully replace the previous one.
To facilitate customer identification by simultaneously providing the password and email address, the customer expressly authorizes rucstore.com to register a file called “cookie” on their hard drive, the sole purpose of which is to facilitate such identification.

I.-Delivery

Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands

Delivery within mainland Spain takes a maximum of 7 business days, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure that may delay delivery regardless of the efforts and actions of rucstore.com. For the Balearic Islands, the delivery time may be two days longer than for mainland Spain.

Shipping costs with NACEX: FREE for orders over €70 and delivery within 7 business days (usual delivery time) for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For other countries, there will be a minimum cost of €12 (plus taxes), but any additional shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. Customers will be informed of any such increase and must accept it before the purchase is shipped from rucstore.com.

Return and Cancellation Guarantee

On the other hand, if you are not satisfied with an order received, you have a period of 14 business days to return it, in which case the collection and return costs will be borne by the customer.

To process a return, the products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and its condition verified, the refund will be issued according to the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

For health reasons, the following products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or flaws:

  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken.

Our returns are only available to consumers who have a delivery and return address in Spain.

    • Conditions for all products: The customer has a period of 14 days to request a size change or exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt of the item(s).
      The return of the item(s) within this period must comply with the procedure detailed below:
    • Step 1: Send an email (tienda@rucstore.com) with your name, address, and phone number within 14 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for the return. We will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time.

After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have ALL labels and packaging) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal/return by the user or consumer.

Home collection fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the order was cancelled in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations or where the entire order was defective.

Remember that the time it takes for the credit card payment to appear in your account always depends on your bank.

Step 2;

By Agency:
Once the email has been sent and a collection date agreed upon, our NACEX courier will pick up the item from the agreed address (which must be the same as the delivery address). Once we receive the package at our offices with the item in the same condition as when it was delivered—the item in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags attached—we will verify that the item is in good condition. We will then proceed with an exchange or a refund, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

rucstore.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the established conditions.

It is recommended to keep the shipping receipt. rucstore.com assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

J.-Handling of packages not delivered by our carrier

These are packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: DDI, unclaimed, refused, transport damage, theft…

J.1: Returns by Unknown at indicated address (DDI):

These are the packages that the carrier returns with the indication: do not live at the address indicated (DDI).

Once our services have received and accepted your package, rucstore.com will contact the customer to resend their order if the product is still available or refund the order, as indicated by the customer.
rucstore.com reserves the right to refund the order amount and not resend it if several returns are detected by DDI.

J.2: Returns for “UNCLAIMED”:

These are the packages that the customer has not collected from the Post Office within the stipulated period.

Once our services have received and accepted your package, rucstore.com will contact the customer to resend their order if the product is still available or refund the order, as indicated by the customer.
rucstore.com reserves the right to refund the order amount and not resend it if several returns are detected for "UNCLAIMED".

J.3: Returns for “REJECTED”:

He refused the package at the time of delivery.
After our services have received and validated your package, we will credit your customer account within a maximum of 72 hours from the receipt of your package, deducting the transport costs (€2).
In the event of a package being returned due to “NVDI”, “UNCLAIMED” or “REJECTED”, rucstore.com does not guarantee the reservation of the ordered items and may refund the order amount in case of unavailability of the product(s).

K.-Responsibility

In all phases of accessing the site, including inquiries, completing forms, placing orders, delivering items, or any other service, rucstore.com only assumes an obligation of means. Therefore, rucstore.com assumes no liability for damages or impediments arising from the use of the internet and entirely beyond the diligence and precautions taken by rucstore.com. In particular, rucstore.com will not assume any liability in the event of service interruptions, external intrusions, or computer viruses. Similarly, situations defined by the Supreme Court in its jurisprudence as force majeure completely exempt rucstore.com from liability. Customers benefit from the warranties provided by the brands featured on the site.

L.-Intellectual Property

The texts, comments, works, illustrations, and images reproduced on the rucstore.com website are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights applicable worldwide. In this regard, and in accordance with the provisions of the regulations governing Intellectual Property, they are intended for strictly private use, unless different or more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code apply. Any other use will constitute an infringement of Intellectual Property rights and will be duly prosecuted, unless prior authorization is obtained from rucstore.com.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the rucstore.com catalog is strictly prohibited.

M.-Nominative data

In accordance with Spanish law, members may at any time exercise their rights of access, objection, rectification, and erasure of their personal data. To do so, they must contact rucstore.com.

At the time of creating or checking their account, the member may choose whether to receive offers, generally of a commercial nature, from rucstore.com and/or its subsidiaries and/or the companies of the group to which rucstore.com belongs and from third-party commercial parties.

N.-Applicable Legislation

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale in Spanish shall be executed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit.

rucstore.com cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the signed contract in the event of stock depletion or unavailability of the product, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially of postal services and means of transport or communications, floods or fire.

The liability of rucstore.com will be limited, in any case, to the amount of the order and will not be compromised by simple errors or omissions that may have occurred, when all necessary precautions have been taken in the presentation of the products.

VAT

Regarding VAT, as a general rule, the applicable tax rate for Spain at the time of the transaction will be applied. All our prices include 21% VAT.
